We want you to love your SipCanvas. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging with all accessories, stencils, cables, and documentation included. You must provide proof of purchase such as an order number or receipt.
The following items are not eligible for return: products that have been used, opened with visible signs of use, or damaged by the customer; products returned without original packaging or missing accessories; and gift cards or promotional items.
To initiate a return, please email us at sipcanvas@outlook.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the product and packaging if applicable. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return authorization and instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product. If the item is returned in a condition that does not meet our eligibility requirements, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue a partial refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different variant such as a different color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
If you received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sipcanvas@outlook.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent at no additional cost, or issue a full refund including any original shipping charges.
